„In der Gisinger Kirche will ich einmal heiraten und dann im Pfarrsaal weiterfeiern“, so meint ein junger Erwachsener, der beeindruckt ist von der „kirchlichen Insel“ im Zentrum von Gisingen.
Große Freude herrschte am 12. Juni. Mit festlichem Gesang des Kirchenchores wurde in der Pfarrkirche zuerst die heilige Eucharistie gefeiert und an diesem strahlenden Dreifaltigkeitssonntag Gott die Ehre gegeben.
Viele kamen dann in das fast fertig renovierte neue Pfarrheim und äußerten ihre Freude und ihre Bewunderung über das, was da entstanden ist. Es ist ein Haus, das man gerne betritt, so meinten viele. Bis in den Sommer hinein sollte alles fertig sein.
Die offizielle Wiedereröffnung mit der großen Tombola findet im Herbst statt. Mit flotten Klängen des Musikvereins wurde am Sebastianplatz gegessen, getrunken, geplaudert und Gemeinschaft erfahren. Die Kinder waren mit Begeisterung beim Stationenlauf dabei. Allen, die zu den schönen gemeinsamen Stunden beigetragen haben, gilt unser Dank.
