Z.B. \u201e1x Zimmer aufr\u00e4umen\u201c gegen \u201e Ein Tag lang zu allen freundlich sein!\u201c Oder:\u201c Ein Tag nichts S\u00fc\u00dfes\u201c gegen \u201eIn der Schulstunde nicht schw\u00e4tzen!\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nach f\u00fcnf Minuten wird die B\u00f6rse geschlossen und jeder Vorsatz einmal in der kommenden Woche durchgef\u00fchrt. N\u00e4chste Woche tauschen wir wieder!
